Building Brands Designed for Ownership, Scale, and Cultural Impact
Cimone Key is the Founder and Creative Director of CK Creative Agency, an award-winning branding and experiential firm. For over a decade, she has led brand strategy for founders, small businesses, and global technology companies including Intuit, Amazon, and F5.
Her work focuses on strategic positioning, brand infrastructure, and long-term market authority.
Businesses:
At 21, Cimone was declared legally blind. After corrective surgery restored her vision, clarity became more than physical; it became philosophical. She built her career around seeing what others overlook: gaps in representation, weaknesses in positioning, and missed opportunities for ownership.
In her early career, Cimone entered corporate America and worked within top-tier advertising environments before launching her own agency at 24. What began as a design studio evolved into a full-service branding and experiential firm serving clients such as Intuit, Amazon, F5, Capital One, Neiman Marcus, and more.
Over the past decade, she has partnered with venture-backed founders, corporate teams, and institutions to build brands that scale.
Cimone founded CK Creative Agency in response to a recurring absence she observed in the industry: representation behind the design table.
She understood that perspective shapes positioning—and positioning shapes power.
Her firm was built to design from lived experience, cultural fluency, and strategic rigor.
Cimone is an alumna of Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses and a mentor within the Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women initiative. She serves as an advisor to leadership and entrepreneurship programs and has contributed to design, business, and workforce development communities across multiple states.
She holds a degree from The Art Institute of Dallas and completed advanced web design certification at Southern Methodist University.
Through CK Campus, Cimone is building the infrastructure she once needed—an identity-first Creative + STEM ecosystem preparing the next generation of innovators for ownership in technology and design.
Because brand infrastructure is not only for companies.
It is for people.
Cimone’s work centers on one core belief:
Ownership changes everything.
Whether advising founders, designing brand systems, or building educational ecosystems, she focuses on clarity, differentiation, and long-term impact in a rapidly evolving digital economy.
